Dr.M.Karunanidhi was admitted to Kaveri hospital with complications in his health due to old age. After intense treatment he passed away at the age of 94^[1] at 18:10 IST on 7th August 2018 with the citation being multiple organ failure at Kaveri Hospital, Chennai.

In the controversies, you have to add about not only his son, but also his another son, daughter, grand son, nephew, grand nephew.
