A fact from Norbulingka appeared on Wikipedia's Main Page in the Did you know column on 7 June 2010 (check views). The text of the entry was as follows: Did you know... that the Norbulingka Palace (pictured) in Lhasa was added by UNESCO as an extension of the Historic Ensemble of the Potala Palace in 2001? A record of the entry may be seen at Wikipedia:Recent additions/2010/June.

The fact "The vast complex covers a garden area of 3.6 km²" is taken directly from the book China: travel guide, but the book is wrong. The real number is in the same article "Norbulingka covers an area of around 36 hectares". 1 km² is equal to 100 Hectares, which means that the area is actually just 0.36 1 km².
