Archduke Otto Karl Friedrich Ludwig Ferdinand Stanislav Wenzel Gottfried von Zöuschburg, Prince of Zöuschburg, Prince of Kaonnoe, whose Chinese name is Tsynyi (治熠). If restore monarch, he would be Charles, By the Grace of GOD, King of all Ngian, forever August, Prince of Kaonnoe, Duke of Yiuet-kueq, Duke of Ngshin-jiun, Prince and Count of Zöuschburg, vicecount of Sielin, Baron of Ietsyci, Baron of Nglautshen.

Archduke Otto Karl Friedrich is the descendant of the last Emperor of Ming Dynasty, the Emperor Yongli, whose mother, wife and son were all Roman Catholic. The offsprings of Yongli Emperor were exile from Dali to Shuland, then to Chinese Middleland, and to Comté Jaune at the time of the Republic of China. The head of House of Ming in exile at that time is Count Constantine de Tsœuchville, was called le Petit-Tsœu. He is the Grand-grand-grand father of Archduke Otto Karl Friedrich.

After the death of Constantine le Petit-Tsœu, the House of Ming in exile seperated by his three son, his eldest son Alexandre become the Duke of Comté Jaune and the head of House of Ming in exile, the second son Dmitri become Duke of Tsingtao, the third son Nikolaus become Duke of Dalian, and use the surname von Zöuschburg. The forth son of Constantine, Peter, who died early.

Alexandre have no sons. Dmitri have four sons but only one grandson, Joachim, by his third son, Sigismund. Sigismund pass his right to the only son of Nikolaus, Danilo. Danilo become the first count of Zöuschburg, and the head of House of Ming in exile. He grand Sigismund prince of Pekin, grand Joachim count palatine of Pekin. Danilo married Maria Theresia von der Vierte-Pappeln, have one son, called Heinrich Georg Ludwig Simeon, and two daughter, called Viktoria and Wilhelmina. Viktoria married Prinz Eugen von der Tsaon, the head of House of Čchuland, and have a son, Ludwig, who is grand by Archduke Otto Karl Friedrich, the King of Čchuland.

Archduke Otto Karl Friedrich was born in Nanjing, the Capital of both Grand Ming Empire and the Republic of China, in April 24, 1983. Archduke Otto Karl Friedrich has been Baptized in the Feast of Christ the King, 2009, in the Cathedral of Maria Immacolate Conception in Nanjing, by Monsignor Francesco Saverio Loh Sinbin, Metropolitan Archbishop of Nanjing and Father Giovanni Gao Üan, the parish priest of the Cathedral.
