As a confirmed user, you should be able to respond to edit requests on semi-protected pages. You respond by evaluating the requested edit according to normal Wikipedia policy as it applies to the related page. Is the change properly based on a published, reliable source? On a different note, each time their socks edit, they leave behind a trail of problematic edits in caste-related articles, as they are very fond of

& have CIR issues. Many of their copyvios have been removed and there may be more left, e.g.:

• second half of this & this edit are copied from here (archived link);
• this is copied from here;
• this edit is copied from here and here;
• this edit is copied from here;
• this is copied from here.
• this edit is partically copied from here & here
