Thank you very much for this hint, Jerry! LexisNexis is licensed at my library indeed, but I don't have got access at home and I won't visit the campus for the next weeks. For the moment it might be an important result that we have no sureness in the exact date yet. I have some doubts as related to the date of March 18, 2004 for there are some notes that seem to lead to a construction date before 2002, maybe 2000, and the rioting masses tried to cross the bridge even on March 17, 2004. The opening of August, 2004 might be a reopening after closing because of preceding ethnic tensions or so?
