Re: lang la

Where did you find it out? In the In review section at MOTD? Anyway, I think it is {{lang-la}} (for Latin). Sorry if I made a mistake. –pjoef (talkcontribs) 15:50, 14 September 2011 (UTC)

Hi, just wondering if you knew the source of this quote. I thought it might be from a video game but I can't seem to find the credit. /ƒETCHCOMMS/ 03:10, 25 September 2011 (UTC)

Motto of the Day Motto Shop

Hello! My name is Belugaboy, and by now, you and I both have heard of the Motto Shop, and if not, there's a Motto Shop! It's an exclusive place where users can get their own motto to live by on the wiki. It's great, but we're really running slow, in fact, we haven't seen a customer in months. So we thought YOU, the contributors to Motto of the Day, could spread the word to your WikiFriends, heck, order yourself one, whether you have or haven't before. Thank you and warm regards to all of you!

Absolutely

Hi, re this - positive, it's right in front of me. As a matter of fact, it arrived on 3 October - I remember this because it was in the same post as a birthday card which my mother posted on 1 Oct (my actual birthday is 2 Oct). --Redrose64 (talk) 20:04, 5 October 2011 (UTC)

Re: Today's motto

I think there was not enough discussion on it. It would be great! Happy Halloween! –pjoef (talkcontribs) 14:48, 31 October 2011 (UTC)

Pjoef has given you some caramel and a candy apple! Caramel and candy-coated apples are fun Halloween treats, and promote WikiLove on Halloween. Hopefully these have made your Halloween (and the proceeding days) much sweeter. Happy Halloween!

If Trick-or-treaters come your way, add {{subst:Halloween apples}} to their talkpage with a spoooooky message!

Did you paste in text which you had prepared elsewhere, such as a word processor? --Redrose64 (talk) 17:25, 27 November 2011 (UTC)
I only pasted in the text from the In review page whilst making decisions on the correct page. No external programs were used (Firefox doesn't count). Simply south...... "time, department skies" for 5 years 17:42, 27 November 2011 (UTC)
When you edited, it changed stuff. I cannot tell if that was you, or some horrible virus on your PC, or your grandchild pressing keys. I can't see a pattern; but maybe just a virus-scan would be a good idea. Best,  Chzz  ►  21:45, 27 November 2011 (UTC)
R64 asked me to take a look. There is no pattern that I can discern. A virus is a good SWAG— I had something similar a year ago. It might also be a communications glitch. ---— Gadget850 (Ed) talk 01:13, 28 November 2011 (UTC)

I was about to do that; how could you? :) That aside, I agree; do you have any ideas on what we can do to keep this alive? ~~ Hi878 (Come shout at me!) 17:32, 27 November 2011 (UTC)

Christmas' Motto 2011

We need your help. We would be grateful if you would take a few minutes to discuss the

second version is much better, but it is necessary to reach a consensus before approving it.
Thanks and all the best for the upcoming Holiday season! –pjoef (talkcontribs

You have recently made a few additions to this category, but I am not entirely sure they are correct. These parks may be managed by the agency named

the parks themselves rather to the agency, and therefore I believe it ought to include only those eight parks which are actually known as Royal Parks (see here). Waltham, The Duke of

RE: Winter solstice nominations

Are you referring to

this other one, but I used one quote only (by Robert Louis Stevenson, which I think it is better for Summer).
I wish you and your family all the very best for the upcoming Holiday season and the New Year. –pjoef (talkcontribs
