The 116th Air Control Squadron is a United States Air Force squadron located at

Kandahar Air Base in support of Air Expeditionary Force 3 and 4, and Operation Enduring Freedom for 120 days.[4]
The 116th ACS is a deployable airspace command & control unit, with radar and communications capabilities.
