Christopher Bailey (born 29 May 2000) is an American track and field athlete. He has won medals in the

4x400 metres relay.[1]

Early life

From Atlanta, Georgia he attended Carver High School, Mississippi Valley State University, and the University of Tennessee, before attending the University of Arkansas.[2][3]

Career

In January 2023, Bailey set a new

Albuquerque, New Mexico.[5]

Competing at the 2023 USA Outdoor Track and Field Championships, Bailey qualified fastest from the 400m heats.[6] He then reached the final with the fifth fastest time.[7] He was selected for the 2023 World Athletics Championships in Budapest in August 2023.[8]

He was a silver medalist running the anchor leg for the American 4x400m relay team at the 2024 World Athletics Indoor Championships in Glasgow in March 2024.[9]

In April 2024, he was selected as part of the American team for the 2024 World Athletics Relays in Nassau, Bahamas.[10]
