Geir Moen (born 26 June 1969 in Oslo) is a former sprinter from Moss, Norway who specialized in the 200 metres. He represented Moss IL.

His international senior debut came at the

2000 Summer Olympics without reaching the final.[1]

He became Norwegian champion in 100 metres in the years 1989, 1993–1999 and 2002[2] and in the 200 metres in the years 1988, 1991, 1993, 1995–1999 and 2002.[3]
