Located near Henderson is the General John McCausland Memorial Farm, listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2003.
Geography
Henderson is located at 38°49′59″N 82°8′14″W / 38.83306°N 82.13722°W (38.833035, -82.137216).[7]
According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 0.47 square miles (1.22 km2), of which 0.42 square miles (1.09 km2) is land and 0.05 square miles (0.13 km2) is water.[8]

The average household size was 2.38 and the average family size was 3.00.
The median age in the town was 38.4 years. 24.7% of residents were under the age of 18; 8.5% were between the ages of 18 and 24; 26.5% were from 25 to 44; 25.4% were from 45 to 64; and 14.8% were 65 years of age or older. The gender makeup of the town was 46.5% male and 53.5% female.
