  1. ^ The Senior Courts (Offices) Act 1997 originally had the short title of the Supreme Court (Offices) Act 1997, but this was amended by the Constitutional Reform Act 2005 on 1 October 2009.[6] Unusually, this occurred after the Act was repealed on 22 July 2004.[7]
