  1. ^ The Senior Courts (Offices) Act 1997 originally had the short title of the Supreme Court (Offices) Act 1997, but this was amended by the Constitutional Reform Act 2005 (c. 4) on 1 October 2009.[4] Unusually, this occurred after the act was repealed on 22 July 2004.[5]
