Samuel Aldegheri (born September 19, 2001) is an Italian professional baseball pitcher in the Philadelphia Phillies organization.
Aldegheri played for the
Aldegheri returned to Clearwater for the start of the 2023 season before being promoted to the Jersey Shore BlueClaws on August 3.[2] After the 2023 season ended, his control was ranked the best in the Phillies farm system by Baseball America.[2] Aldegheri returned to Jersey Shore for the start of the 2024 season.[3]

Jesus Starlyn Caba (born December 6, 2005) is a Dominican professional baseball shortstop in the Philadelphia Phillies organization.
Caba signed with the Philadelphia Phillies as an international free agent in January 2023.[8] He made his professional debut that season with the Dominican Summer League Phillies.[9]
Caba started 2024 with the Florida Complex League Phillies.[10]

Ruben Cardenas (born October 10, 1997) is an American professional baseball outfielder in the Philadelphia Phillies organization.
Cardenas attended Saugus High School in Santa Clarita, California before transferring to Bishop Alemany High School in Mission Hills, California as a junior.[11] He batted .400 as a sophomore and .412 as a junior.[12] He was selected by the Miami Marlins in the 37th round of the 2015 Major League Baseball draft, but did not sign.[13] He originally signed a letter of intent to play college baseball at the University of Nevada, Reno, but instead attended California State University, Fullerton.[14]
As a freshman at Cal State Fullerton in 2016, Cardenas appeared in 44 games, batting .233 with three home runs and 28 RBI, and played in only 16 games in 2017 due to a back injury.

Cardenas began the 2024 season back with Durham, hitting .281/.346/.530 with 11 home runs and 28 RBI across 49 appearances.
On June 6, 2024, Cardenas was traded to the Philadelphia Phillies in exchange for cash considerations.[28]

Carlos De La Cruz (born October 6, 1999) is an American professional baseball outfielder in the Philadelphia Phillies organization.
De La Cruz was originally discovered by the Phillies scouting department in 2017 at the age of 17 playing for an amateur travel team in New York.[29] He would sign with the Phillies on August 23, 2017 for a bonus of $50,000 as an undrafted free agent before participating in the Florida Instructional League later in the year.[29]

Matthew James Kroon (born December 5, 1996) is an American baseball infielder in the Philadelphia Phillies organization.
The son of MLB player
Kroon was selected by the Philadelphia Phillies in the 30th round of the 2017 Major League Baseball draft, but remained in school, transferring a second time to the Oklahoma State Cowboys.[42] He played 57 games with the Cowboys and batted .300 with 11 home runs and 39 RBIs.[43]

McGarry grew up in Portola Valley, California and attended the Menlo School in Atherton, California.[48] He was selected in 31st round by the Texas Rangers in 2017 Major League Baseball draft, but opted not to sign with the team.[49]

Mitchell Carl Neunborn (born June 27, 1997) is a South African professional baseball pitcher in the Philadelphia Phillies organization.
Neunborn played collegiately at North Iowa Area Community College during the 2017 season, playing shortstop while also pitching occasionally.[60] In 47 games, he hit .331 with 13 home runs. Neunborn also posted a 3.18 ERA over 5.2 innings across three pitching appearances with the Trojans. The following summer, he played for the Medford Rogues, batting .291 with 9 runs in 29 games.[61] Neunborn also made two appearances on the mound, posting a 4.50 ERA in two innings.

Tyler Nicholas Phillips (born October 27, 1997) is an American professional baseball pitcher in the Philadelphia Phillies organization.
Phillips attended
After signing, Phillips was assigned to the
Prior to the 2019 season, Phillips was rated by Baseball America as having the best control tool in minor league baseball.[75] Phillips was assigned back to Down East to open the 2019 season,[76] and went 2–2 with a 1.19 ERA in 37+2⁄3 innings for them.[69] On May 10, he was promoted to the Frisco RoughRiders of the Double-A Texas League.[77][78] With Frisco, Phillips went 7–9 with a 4.73 ERA over 93+1⁄3 innings.[79][80]
Phillips was added to the Rangers 40-man roster following the 2019 season.[81] Phillips did not play in a game in 2020 due to the cancellation of the Minor League Baseball season because of the COVID-19 pandemic. He opened the 2021 season back with Frisco.[82] Phillips was designated for assignment on July 17, 2021, after struggling to a 1–5 record and 6.75 ERA in 10 games between Frisco and the Triple-A Round Rock Express.[83]
On July 24, 2021, Phillips was claimed off waivers by the Philadelphia Phillies.[84] Phillips was designated for assignment by Philadelphia on September 20, 2021.[85] He was released by Philadelphia the following day. On November 6, Phillips re-signed with the Phillies on a minor league contract.[86]

Gabriel Alejandro Rincones Jr. (born March 3, 2001) is an American professional baseball outfielder in the Philadelphia Phillies organization.
Rincones was born in Boynton Beach, Florida to Venezuelan parents and his family moved to Venezuela shortly after he was born. His family relocated to Scotland when he was six years old after his father was hired as an offshore safety advisor in the oil industry.[87] Rincones moved back to Venezuela at age 12 to play baseball and lived with an aunt before moving to live with another aunt in Tampa, Florida.[88]

Rincones was selected in the third round of the 2022 Major League Baseball draft by the Philadelphia Phillies.[93]

Eduardo Ricardo Tait (born August 27, 2006) is an Panamanian professional baseball catcher in the Philadelphia Phillies organization.
Tait signed with the Philadelphia Phillies as an international free agent on January 15, 2023.[2] He spent the 2023 season with the Dominican Summer League Phillies, earning Mid-Season All-Star honors and system hitter of the month honors for July.[2] Tait started the 2024 season with the Florida Complex League Phillies.

Jordan Lee Viars (born July 18, 2003) is an American baseball outfielder in the Philadelphia Phillies organization.
Viars grew up in Frisco, Texas and attended Reedy High School. As a senior, he batted .464 with eight home runs and 26 RBIs.[94] Viars had committed to play college baseball at Arkansas prior to signing with the Phillies.[95]
