• Oppose - readers shouldn't be expected to know Wikipedia's housestyle about capitalization is different than the one found in practically every other site they use. There is nothing to gain by changing this, and only to lose, with the lose of clarity for readers and for anyone trying to understand what a category link is and unintentionally incorrect linking from articles. --Gonnym (talk) 11:17, 4 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]
• support why do we add the parenthesis subtitle if it means that the capitalization still comes to this article? • Weakly supportOn the one hand, I think people often think of things like medical conditions etc as proper nouns, which might negate diffcaps here.
