Sometime in 2000 he began to suffer from a severe form of social anxiety disorder and became nervous around people his own age out of fear of embarrassment and rejection. He is a devoted fan of alternative rock, punk and grunge music, citing that Green Day and Nirvana are two of his favorite bands.
