CHIREC International is a K–12 school located in Hyderabad, India. The school was founded in 1989 by Mrs. Ratna D. Reddy.[2]

History
In April 1989, the Children's Recreational Centre (CHIREC) began as a summer camp that offered classes in fine arts, performing arts, computer science, and indoor and outdoor sports. In 2019, CHIREC entered into a partnership with Cognita, a global schools group with 76 schools across Asia, Europe, and Latin America.

The school reports that its students undertake innovative projects.[citation needed] Some examples are:
- RoBoat – a remote-operated lake-cleaning machine
- Solarmy – a device that generates and stores solar energy for use in remote areas
- Energify – an energy-generating tile
- MedEasy - an automated medical dispenser and monitoring system
The schools offer many clubs, including drama, oratory, culinary, cinema, science, photography learning, design, creative writing, and the E3 Club (Environmental Enrichment and Empowerment).
