In these edits, I thought I was adding a new source, but realized the article was already cited (with a different title). So I did some digging & am thinking some changes are needed:

See [1] for previous version, contrasted with the current webpage. Do we (a) restore the original citation, treating the earlier version as a "dead link", or (b) compare the current content to the archived page?
