Wow, Ed, you picked a really tough one! I don't know of any tools off the top of my head that would allow you to convert QTVR to a free format such as Ogg Theora--I don't even really know if Ogg Theora supports the kind of stuff you have going in your movie--but I can do a little research and I'll get back to you.
