File:Flag of Ainu People.gif

Hi, I notice the Ainu flag was finally deleted after discussion, but I wonder why only this flag from FOTW website has to be deleted, while there're 30 other flags from FOTW in the same page? Is there any special copyright applied this image only? (just want to know) Chakazul (talk) 03:18, 2 December 2015 (UTC)

Hi Chakazul. All of the other flags on that page seem to be
WP:UNDELETE and request that the file be undeleted. -- Marchjuly (talk

Editing Tae Brooks article

Marchjuly,

Thank you for the heads up on the citation for GrapeSEED entry not being reliable. We're working on finding the corrected source and cleaning this up.

Help with referencing- Ottoneum

Hey there, I'm struggling to reference for a page you've corrected. I have the references needed but cannot add them- please help! Additionally, my relationship with the museum does not change the facts of its history. I only added true information that is available on the website, and in the museum itself. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Hanna Simpson (talkcontribs) 11:59, 10 December 2015 (UTC)

Hi Hanna Simpson. Thank you for the message. I tried to clean up the references you added. Just for reference, there's nothing wrong with citing non-English sources as long as they satisfy
WP:RSUE. This can be added to the citation template using the |quote= parameter (See Template:Cite web#Quote
). Translations do not have to be professional quality; They just have to be sufficient enough for the reader to understand how the cited source supports what is written in the article.
Regarding
primary source, so it's usage is rather limited. Wikipedia articles are not really supposed to reflect what a source says about itself or what those connected to the source say about it; Rather, articles are supposed to reflect what independent reliable sources say about something. So, any sources you can find which discuss the museum and are independent of it would be helpful. -- Marchjuly (talk

Hi how are you? You say that No. 17 of WP:NFC#UUI applies to it yet it clearly says that "Specific child entity logos remain acceptable". 10c should have had "Florida State University" on the image's file usage section. The image also definitely fulfills #8 on the NFCC because that entire section is about the athletics of the university. That is the main logo of athletics and not having it there would definitely be detrimental to the readers' understanding of the article topic.--SeminoleNation (talk) 22:21, 15 December 2015 (UTC)

Thank you for the message. While you're were typing it, I was typing one on your talk page (User talk:SeminoleNation#Use of FSU Athletics logo). That will hopefully answer your questions. If you wish to respond, please do so there. -- Marchjuly (talk) 22:25, 15 December 2015 (UTC)

Dolan School of Business

Thanks for your help! I will try to better source the article with some new links. Many of the old links were dead. Stagophile (talk) 04:42, 17 December 2015 (UTC)

You're welcome. I think you've really improved the article, but I do think some of the sources given for some of the "Notable alumni" are a bit sketchy. I've gone into this in a little more detail at Talk:Fairfield University Dolan School of Business#Notable graduates so if you wish to discuss it, please do so there. -- Marchjuly (talk) 05:14, 17 December 2015 (UTC)

Marchjuly, Hope your holidays are happy, and have a happy new year! Steel1943 (talk) 17:25, 23 December 2015 (UTC)

Keith's age

Hi. Keith and I were in the same college in Delhi. And I exactly know his age. We passed BA Hons in 1993 and he was 2 yrs elder to me then. So he can't be born in 1980.

Thanks Sparuthi (talk) 06:22, 24 December 2015 (UTC)
