Marshall is an unincorporated community in Marin County, California.[4] It is located on the northeast shore of Tomales Bay 6 mi (9.7 km) south of Tomales,[5] at an elevation of 25 ft (7.6 m).[4]

dairying industry there in the 1850s. Starting in the 1870s, Marshall was a stop on the North Pacific Coast Railroad connecting Cazadero to the Sausalito
