Why is the heading "Territorial changes of Germany in the 20th century"?
Since Germany was only formed as a unified nation in 1871, why not just make it "Territorial changes of Germany". Then we can have the top-level article be

The links that R9tgokunks added include the following:
- Industrial plans for Germany
- Expulsion of Germans after World War II
- German exodus from Eastern Europe
- Demographic estimates of the German exodus from Eastern Europe
- Evacuation of East Prussia
These are all worthwhile articles; heck, I am a major contributor to three of them. However, these articles are not about changes in German borders per se although they are related to them. Sugestion of merge
Hi,
Germany and Poland border changes in the 20th century |

Accords |
German–Polish Border Treaty, 1990 |
Current countries |
Belarus • Belgium • Czech Republic • Denmark • France • Germany • Lithuania • Poland • Russia • Ukraine |
It wouldn’t be interesting to merge this template with the template about border changes of Poland? At least between the 19th and mainly 20th centuries, the border histories of these two countries are quite intertwined.
Anyway, I’ve just made a template that could serve as a base for the proposed merge (it’s at the right).--MaGioZal (talk) 06:08, 15 August 2008 (UTC)
