Phat khing (Thai: ผัดขิง, pronounced [pʰàt kʰǐŋ]; Lao: ຜັດຂີງ) is a Thai dish,[1] that is popular in Thailand and Laos.
Kai phat khing (ไก่ผัดขิง) contains
gizzards
are sometimes (partially) substituted for chicken.
