Phat mi Khorat or Pad mee Korat (
Nakhon Ratchasima Province, Thailand, in ancient times. In the past, most people in Nakhon Ratchasima (for short: Khorat) commonly were farmers. They preserved old rice by transforming it to dried rice noodles. In religious ceremonies
