Christ Pantocrator

Christian iconography, Christ Pantocrator is a translation of both YHWH Sabaoth ("Lord of Hosts") and for El Shaddai ("God Almighty"). This was one of the earliest icons of the Early Christian Church, and in Byzantine church art and architecture, a mosaic or fresco of Christ Pantokrator occupies the space in the central dome. Today Christ Pantocrator remains a central icon of the Eastern Orthodox Church
